Local Founders Stage is a collaboration with LISC along with host committee members: 

Urban Labs, Commonwealth Kitchen, Fairmount Innovation Lab, Smarter in the City, Center for Women in Enterprise, Boston Ujima Project, and Outside the Box Agency. 

We need your SUPPORT! Along with the 1st and 2nd prize winners, there will also be a People's Choice Award that the audiene gets to decide. There will also be great food catered by Jamaica Mi Hungry, as well as door prizes so make sure to get there early. 

The city-wide pitch contest is our way to highlight the talent, drive and innovation that exists in Boston's neighborhoods of color along with the collaboration amongst the agencies that support this field. This year, we have 5 contestants competing to win up to $12,500 in cash prizes along with some additional amazing resources.Our judges are a combinartion of content experts, local business owners and entreprenuers but more importantly are committed to building up the eco-system for entrepreneurs in Boston.
